INN AND PRIVACY POLICIES

ROOM RATES

• Rates range from $129.00 to $209.00 per night plus tax.
• All rates are based on double occupancy.
• Additional overnight guests are welcome, in approved rooms, for an extra guest fee of $30/night (may require a rollaway bed).
• Additional breakfast guests are welcome with 24 hours advanced notice for a fee of $15/person, subject to availability.
• All room prices are subject to 8% New York sales tax, and a 3% county lodging tax.
• A two night minimum on weekends in peak season is required (May – October, please call for exact dates).
• We require a 50% deposit to hold your room/rooms.
• Pets welcome! WELL BEHAVED pet guests are always welcome.
  • Reserve one of our Pet Friendly rooms - the Lady Jayne and Magnolia Garden suites.
  • A modest $20 charge/pet per night may be applied.
  • Pet guests must be leashed at all times due to local leash laws.
  • Guests will be responsible for any damages caused by their pets to the buildings or grounds.
• Children welcome! WELL MANNERED and SUPERVISED children are welcome.
  • Guardians of infants/toddlers must bring own Port-a-Crib/Pak n Play. We Do NOT supply them. 
  • Additonal guest charges apply to children ages 2 years and older.

POLICIES

• The Glass Magnolia is a non-smoking venue within the main residence and guest house. This includes the use of e-cigarettes. Smoking is permitted outside on porches, decks, and garden area only. 
• A $500 Special Sanitizer Ionizing Cleaning Fee may be charged should you smoke in our buildings.
• Large parties/weddings have the option to rent out the whole Main Building, Guest House, or full property at discounted rates. Please call for more information.
  • For Vacation/Whole House Rental Guests - There is NO REFUND if you should need to cancel your reservations. Please expect to be responsible for the outstanding balance on your account.
• Packages & Special Deals: All Package and Special Deals require a 50% deposit and are NON-REFUNDABLE. No further discounts are applicable on these transactions.
• CANCELLATION POLICY: The Glass Magnolia will NOT refund for cancellations due to inclement weather or circumstances beyond our control. Trip insurance is recommended. 
  • In the unlikely event that you must cancel with < 14 days notice, need to shorten your stay, or check out early, please understand that you must take responsibility for your entire reservation. NO REFUNDS will be permitted when cancelled < 14 days prior to arrival date.
  • Prior to 14 days of your arrival date, we will gladly refund your deposit, minus a $50/room/night cancellation fee
• Guest Check in is strictly between 3:00pm-6:00pm. Please call to arrange earlier or later arrival times in advance to guarantee your room will be available. No one accepted for check in after 9:00pm unless prior arrangements have been made.
• Check out time is 11:00am. In order to accommodate arriving guests, we ask that you vacate your suite by 11:00 AM on your departure date.  If you would like a later check-out, please let us know and we will make every effort to accommodate you.
• WE ACCEPT Cash, VISA, MasterCard, and Discover cards only.
