Pets Welcome* : WELL BEHAVED Pet Guests reserve our Pet Friendly Lady Jayne room which is adjacent to the "duty yard". Yardley Manor and Magnolia Garden rooms are also pet friendly accommodations. No need to go to a hotel. A modest $20 charge per 'Pet Guest' per night. Pets not allowed in Lord Mayfair, Lord Cromwell, Lady Spencer, Windsor, King James, Lord Nelson, Kensington and Balcony rooms - no exceptions

Cancellations: In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than 14 days notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibilty for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund will be made. Otherwise a $50 per night per room is retained for processing with the remainder refundable prior to two weeksbefore arrival date for cancellations. NO REFUNDS if cancelled less than 2 weeks prior to arrival date if we cannot rebook your room(s).
